Discover Qi Gong while volunteering in the Algarve, Portugal

Welcome to Qi Gong Portugal, your ultimate destination for mindfulness, Qigong and meditation. 

I am offering volunteers accomodation and food plus two Qigong sessions a day 5 days a week, guided meditation plus a chance to connect with nature and yourself. 

In return I need help with construction, cooking, cleaning and permiculture.
