3 days Qigong, Meditation and Healing retreats

Starting September 2025, I will be offering 3 day Mini Retreats at Casa Shen in the Monchique Mountains, Algarve, Portugal.

These retreats are perfect for people who either want to immerse themselves in their own practice, expand their knowledge or for those just starting to discover their inner power.

Whether you need a break to breath and connect with nature, or want to immerse yourself in energy work and meditation somewhere without polution, noise or distracting energies, Casa Shen Mini Retreats are the perfect way to either tag on something special to your holiday, or as a way to let go of unwanted stress, anxiety or negative energy.

Lift you frequency, learn Qigong, breath fresh clean air, drink energised spring water, eat well, truly relax and extract yourself from the desires and fears of modern life - expand and explore your true self away from the noise of the modern world. 

£250 (€300) per person or £350 (€400) per couple.

As well as these Morning and Evening Classes you are free to take walks in nature, enjoy the cooling stream, embrace the forest or simply sit in silence. 

Cases Shen is 25 minutes from Monquiche in the Serra de Monchique.

This mountain range is the southwestern mountain range of the Iberian Peninsula and is characterized by its forests and natural beauty. 

If you're located in Faro, Portimao, Lisbon (3 hours to Portimao via bus), Lagos, Sagres or Alvor this is a great weekend away where you can learn and chill in nature.
